Refunds
Returns are accepted in the event of damaged products or if unsatisfied with the functioning of the product.
Once we receive your returned package at Cresimo, we will send you a confirmation email. At that point, a 100% refund will be issued to you for the amount paid for your item(s) using your original payment method. This may take up to 3 business days to show in your account.
